About the event

The Career & Life Path Assessment is designed for young adults navigating disabilities or life challenges who may be unsure about their next steps. This assessment helps identify interests, strengths, work preferences, support needs, and possible career or life direction.

It is important because many young adults have potential, but need structure, guidance, and encouragement to turn that potential into progress. By gathering this information, Progress Partners can better understand your child’s goals and recommend meaningful next steps, including coaching, classes, job exploration, volunteer opportunities, or independence-building supports.

The goal is not to pressure your child into one path, but to help create a clearer starting point and a practical plan for moving forward.
