About the event

Finding summer employment can feel overwhelming when your young adult has a disability, autism, anxiety, ADHD, learning differences, or other life challenges. This complimentary webinar is designed to give families practical guidance, encouragement, and clear next steps for helping their young adult move toward meaningful summer work opportunities.

Led by an employment specialist who specializes in supporting young adults with autism and other life challenges, this webinar will build on Part 1 by focusing on realistic strategies families can use right away. With years of experience helping young adults prepare for work, build confidence, understand expectations, and take steps toward independence, the presenter will share practical tools for identifying job possibilities, preparing for applications, strengthening readiness skills, and supporting follow-through.

Families will leave with a better understanding of how to begin the summer employment search, what types of opportunities may be a good fit, and how to support their young…
