Turning Disabilities and Life Challenges into Pathways of Progress

Monthly Community Skills Class Membership

Keating Coaching — Virtual Classes | Open to All Young Adults

What Is the Membership?

The Monthly Community Skills Class Membership is a virtual, action-based class program open to young adults with disabilities, individuals navigating life challenges, and neurotypical participants alike. Every class is built around one specific action step to practice during the week — then participants return, share their results publicly, and top participants are recognized and rewarded with prizes.

This is not a lecture. It is a community.

Membership Fee: $250/month Includes access to all weekly and monthly classes listed below, plus complimentary biweekly accountability check-ins to keep you on track between sessions.

All classes are held virtually and are available to the general public. Published fees apply to all participants regardless of background or ability.

Weekly Classes

Class 1 — Living on Your Own Skills

Every Tuesday | 5:00 PM | Virtual

This class tackles one real-world independent living skill per session — from managing a budget to navigating a lease, cooking a meal, or handling a utility bill. Each week, participants leave with one clear action step to practice before the next class. When you return, you share what happened — what worked, what didn't, and what you learned. Top participants who complete and present their action step earn recognition and prizes. This class is for anyone ready to build the practical skills that make independent living possible.

Open to all young adults. No prerequisites required.

Class 2 — Friendship & Social Development

Every Wednesday | 4:30 PM | Virtual

Building and keeping friendships is a skill — and this class treats it like one. Each session focuses on one social skill or community connection strategy to practice in the real world during the week. Participants come back and share their experiences openly with the group. Whether you are working on starting conversations, maintaining relationships, or simply showing up more in your community, this class gives you the tools, the practice, and the community to grow. Prizes are awarded to participants who demonstrate the week's skill most effectively.

Open to all young adults. No prerequisites required.

Class 3 — Dating & Community Engagement

Every Wednesday | 5:00 PM | Virtual

Navigating dating, social settings, and community engagement can feel overwhelming — this class breaks it down into one manageable, practice-ready skill each week. Topics range from communication and boundaries to confidence in social situations and building a life you want to share with others. Participants practice their weekly action step in the real world, then return to share their results with the group. Honest conversation, real growth, and prizes for those who show up and put in the work.

Open to all young adults. No prerequisites required.

Class 4 — Vocational & Direction Assessment Class

Every Thursday | 5:00 PM | Virtual

This strengths-based self-discovery experience helps young adults identify who they are, what they are good at, and where they want to go. Each session focuses on one specific area of self-exploration — values, strengths, interests, work style, or career direction — and ends with one concrete action step to reflect on or try during the week. Participants share their discoveries publicly, building self-awareness and confidence with every session. This class is open to all young adults and is designed to complement — not duplicate — formal vocational rehabilitation services. Prizes are awarded to participants who engage most deeply with their weekly discovery.

Open to all young adults. No prerequisites required. This class is positioned as a strengths-based self-discovery experience and does not constitute vocational rehabilitation or job placement services.

Class 5 — Failure to Launch

Every Thursday | 5:30 PM | Virtual

For young adults who feel stuck — this class is the reset. Each week focuses on one specific barrier that keeps people from moving forward: fear, avoidance, perfectionism, lack of direction, or simply not knowing where to start. Participants identify their personal version of the barrier, take one action step to push through it during the week, and return to share what happened. Real talk, real progress, and real prizes for the participants who show up, try, and report back. This class meets you exactly where you are.

Open to all young adults. No prerequisites required.
