About the event

Why the Accelerator Exists

Early adulthood is one of the most difficult transition periods—especially for young adults with disabilities or life challenges. Many individuals have strengths and potential but lack direction, structure, and confidence. Without intervention, this often leads to stalled progress, disengagement, and long periods of inactivity. The Accelerator Program exists to interrupt this pattern early and replace uncertainty with clarity, accountability, and forward momentum.

What the Accelerator Is

The Accelerator Program is a selective, eight-week intensive designed to put young adults on a clear path forward. It is not a drop-in class or open-ended support. It is a time-limited, structured program with defined expectations, outcomes, and progression.

  • One cohort at a time

  • Limited enrollment
