Trying to figure out, then understanding, and subsequently applying social rules can be a challenging endeavor for individuals of all ages, but it can be particularly complex for certain groups. The nuances of social interactions can feel overwhelming, as they often involve unspoken norms, varying expectations, and the subtleties of body language. For some people, especially those who are neurodiverse, navigating these social landscapes can present unique difficulties. It is essential to recognize that building social confidence is a gradual process that requires patience and practice. In this context, learning effective strategies can significantly enhance one's ability to engage in social situations comfortably and confidently.
