Some young men — with or without disabilities and life challenges — struggle to take the next steps into adulthood. They may spend long hours at home, isolated, gaming, or feeling “stuck” without direction.

About the event
Some young men — with or without disabilities and life challenges — struggle to take the next steps into adulthood. They may spend long hours at home, isolated, gaming, or feeling “stuck” without direction. Our Men’s Group: Failure to Launch Classes create a supportive environment where participants can openly discuss challenges while gaining the structure, accountability, and skills to move forward.
What We Cover
Identifying Barriers: Recognizing what’s holding them back (fear, comfort zones, anxiety, lack of planning).
Accountability & Action Plans: Setting small, achievable goals and following through.
Confidence Building: Learning problem-solving, decision-making, and self-advocacy.
Life Direction: Exploring career options, education, volunteering, and community involvement.
